Transcriber Wanted

Hi, I'm looking for either a piece of software, or, a virtual/digital assistant who is competent at transcribing audio/video to text document.

We have a number of very important Skype conferences and Interviews being set up at the moment, which are being recorded, and then require transcribing to text.

I was hoping to find some speech to text software free that was reliable, and failing that, someone who is experienced in this with good turn around time.
