Hey,

I am a student and study out of my city.. I have a hired a local guy to help me with link building as Im mostly busy with college stuff. He has no knowledege of SEO or the like but can work his way around the pc and net..

He will be available 4-5 hour daily...... So, I need to train him for basic link building and then make a simple routine for him....

So, need your input guyz!!! What should I train him for..
Keep in mind, this is only for one new website of mine which is a health niche..

I am currently thinking of Training him for this...

-Article submission to top 30-40 directories

-Auto Social bookmarking the submitted articles using this tool onepieceofmylife.com(Submits to around 30 SB sites)

-Manual do follow blog commenting.. I have scrapebox.....Im thinking to scrape list of high PR blogs related to my niche, he can go to each site and manually check for do-follow and post.... Or be even teach him to use Scrapebox

-Creating Web 2.0 Properties .. Now a big question mark with this is whether to use spun content or original content....

-Use blackhat link building on the web 2 properties and submitted articles such as scrapebox auto commenter, Submit equalizer, using cracked version of automatic article submitter ....(Another doubt is that i dont wanna target my keywords on the web 2 n submited articles coz my site would not be able to beat the web 2 properties in rankings)

Forum posting.. only a maybe .. too much hassle

High profile PR links- angela style.. Dont know how to go about this though..

I need suggestions from you guyz.. on stuff like what other simple stuff i could teach him... for link building on White hate site..

and also other black hat techniques i should use on my web 2 and submitted articles..

Any help appreciated

BUMP..

Come on guyz.. need ur advice!!!

good book keeping..make sure he keeps track of everything.

There's no real way to train some one in seo..they need to learn concepts and educate themselves and keep up to date. It's a lot of research and trial 'n error from my experience. I don't know how you can really 'train' someone in that in 3-4 days.

Good luck - if he knows seo he should be able to do this all on his own imo.

Dont hand over any tools - get your things done manually !

That's most important - good book keeping. You want detailed reports, urls, keywords - everything so you can track his efficiency and work.

Yep, definitely.

You can use something like ODesk to do all of this.
