TrafficVance Referral Needed

I'm going to have applied to TrafficVance and I'm in the last process for get accepted .
I need to get referral who spend at least 50$/day with TrafficVance , maybe someone can help me with this one?
If I have no choice I'll pay for someone but please before you go to this way if you can help for free it will be great !

You're probably not going to get any here. Referring someone to traffic vance means that you are liable for that person's actions on TV. No one is going to refer someone they don't know and risk their account.

Furthermore, if you are not in the US, you probably have to show you can do at least $10k/ month in revenue along with a referral.
