Trafficvance for PPV

I'm looking to stepup from other PPV such as Adon and Mediatraffic. Most know that TrafficVance requires a referral + $1000 minimum deposit. Upon viewing their homepage, it asks if I wish to advertise to United States OR international. It also states that if i want both, I must signup for TWO TV accounts. This means a $2000 deposit, if I'm correct. Anyone dealt with this situation, or have any words of wisdom?

Do you really think PPV is cost effective? surely $2k would be better spent on PPC. Pop ups and pop-unders are just annoying and I really cant see how effective they would be, I may be wrong its just my personal experience but when anything pops up on my screen it usually gets killed instantly.

PPV is quite effective.All you need to do split test...If you are new i will prefer to use Leadimpact,

If you used them before then definately go with it
