TrafficVance endorsement needed

Does anyone here use Trafficvance at all ?

We are trying to open an account, and we have been told we need an endorsement from an existing member before they'll open our account.

If anyone here could help me with this, I would be really grateful.

I am also in need of referral. Some body please help.
