I would like to know if anyone had a problem like this, I’ve deposit by crypto and now more than 12 hours the transaction not done And nothing shows on my balance! Can I know how long it takes to complete?

Did you do it on a Friday and from a different time zone?

I'm guessing their offices are closed for the weekend

I got no reply from the support, I still waiting, Yes maybe due to the end of week.

Wait until Monday. check in which time zone they operate. I've met their staff, I wouldn't worry about it

Thanks tweeties for your help, I’ve contacted coingate that Trafficstars using as a getaway for crypto, and stills waiting for thier answer

They doesn’t solve the problem yet and the team are not giving any clear answers, All what they said is wait until check, Even they located the funds on coin gate, The costumer service is so poor, And the company won’t care if you lose the money… All what I want to know is why they accept crypto if they can’t manage the payments on it! Just Bad Experience On Trafficstars, And it will be my last time to put a cent on this company.
