TrafficShield vs basic bot filters — is it worth testing?

I’m new to serious media buying, and lately I’ve been getting hammered by low-quality traffic.

Someone on another forum mentioned TrafficShield, but I’m still figuring out how it compares to basic setups like bot filtering with Cloudflare, or fingerprinting with open-source libraries. A few questions if anyone’s used it:

• Does it actually block headless browsers / fake human traffic?
• Can it be used with Keitaro or RedTrack easily?
