I'm about to test this too, i already submitted 4 urls. I have a small site which is promoting dating offers, i'm using a redirect in all the 4 urls. Just waiting for the paypal verification and i'll see how it goes, i'll buy country target traffic and niche traffic.
 
I tested on a free webcams signup page and although I did make a few conversions, I didn't make a profit at this time. The traffic seems to be decent quality though. The most important thing would be testing which traffic source is best for your page. One traffic source got me 0 out of 3000, another got me 1 in every 900 visitors for example. I will probably try it again in the very near future.
 
I had to try this so i created 1 campaign and so far i have recieved 125 hits and made 1$:)
 
I had to do one more campaign and after 22 hits it says i got 1 lead hmm im not sure how that works?

I remember doing this 2 years ago and also sent 3000 people from TH to a cam landing page and had 0 signups. I think this traffic probably sees a lot of cam pages so conversions will be lower on that type of product.
