Personally, I can’t divide the traffic into good and bad.Any traffic is good, it all depends on goals and capabilities.

Any traffic can be monetized, just some is easier and the other is more complicated.

Naturally, organic traffic from search engines is the most targeted, but it is also the most expensive.There are cheap types of traffic - popunder and clickunder, but even it can bring good profit with proper handling.
 
SEO and Context. Actually there are a lot of good traffic sources, depends on what you're promoting.

Tell more about your needs, people will try help.
 
I should also add that Reddit can be an extremely lethal traffic source. It can (and will) crash your hosting if you're not careful.

Try to share your articles to Reddit for some extra income, people!

There is no uniform "Best traffic source". It's just a matter of what you advertising. Imagine if you sell windows for a home - then it's a bad idea to use popunder networks for the product. Even more facebook is not a good idea for that. But the google adwords would be the best one for such case. Every product has their unique 1 best source. And it's always different and depends on your skill of analytics and media-buying
 
Facebook and adwords Absolutelly are top ad networks. But it needs to learn how to use it. Facebook has it's own good courses as blueprint
