You can use social networks, blogs, Youtube, and similar options. Having a landing page is good tho as will attract people to check your offers out. And if you are looking for offers too, pm me

You can send direct traffic to CPA offer from almost all your sources.You may have to use cloaking for some of the sources though.
However using a good landing page would

Free Method

• YouTube
• Blog Posts
• Pinterest
• Facebook groups
• Email marketing

Paid Method

• Facebook ads
• Google Ads
• Instagram shoutouts

As a traffic provider I can recommend to create as many as possible traffic sources so you can get from everything a little

Not completely sure what your asking to be honest. Are you asking where you can get traffic for CPA offers or looking for CPA offers?

Social media is a good platform for you to increase traffic.
Share your content on different group or if you have the budget you can try on facebook ads / instagram ads.
writing blog and exchange backlink also increase your traffic.
