I'm looking for some mass amount of traffic. The traffic doesn't have to be quality, but it needs to be in Europe area...or be able to control which country. Anything else other than PPV...I've used all of them. Any traffic sources like this? I'm interested in impressions. Please let me know...

If you want cheap REALLY crappy traffic checkout http://www.Adoori.com I would not recommend them if you want conversions though. POS traffic. They are CPV though so not sure if that will help.

you can try some classified ads to increase the traffic.

Thanks for the tips. I did check out Adoori, but right now I have a source that can get me around 10K impressions for $1USD. I'm looking for something around this price range...
