Traffic Vance Popup or Popunder?

Not sure if your ads pop over the top of a page or under a page - i asked the network manager but he was vague on when each instance would apply.

They are the same price, always go with pop up as a user will see it right away, sometimes people don't notice pop unders until the end of their session.
 
Thanks MrE, but what I mean is 'CAN Traffic Vance pop-up. Their frequently asked questions indicates that they force a pop-under'
 
Am looking for a simple pop up. Something that appear when a user tries to hit the back button or attempts to close the page by clickin the ugly red "x" in the corner.
