Traffic Travis "SEO phrase" warnings

When I do page analysis in Traffic Travis I keep getting like

"SEO phrase should appear at least once in the keywords"
"Should use the SEO phrase in the page title"

I've left only the first keyword phrase in the title but still get that warning.
What does Traffic Travis mean by SEO phrase?
