Traffic Travis Problem

I've been using Traffic Travis for awhile, and all of a sudden it will no longer check rankings for me. It hangs at "Pending Update" after I try to update the rankings. I tried using a proxy, and got a new IP for myself.... still no luck.

Anyone else had this problem, or have any idea what it could be?

Damn. Been posted about 3 times today. Anyhow, I think its because yahoo site explorer has been down.

I'm experiencing that too, glad its not just me... Was gonna do keyword research when I realized that it was only getting like 3 (out of 10) and all were youtube videos...

siteexplorer (yahoo) is alive and the problem persists

for me, it is showing SERP results only for engines other than Google.

I have been having this problem for last two days on both of my machines. I emailed support but no answer.

thanks god its not only me, I thought maybe google banned my IP, its happening to me too. I also noticed testing with SEO PowerSuite tool Rank Tracker that it could not get any results back from google, only yahoo and some other engines. Also in Traffic Travis 4.0 if I select Yahoo engine then I got normal results, but anything with google only 2 top results show and rest is blankt, and those that show are youtube videos.

Are we sure we are not blocked by google somehow? On the second thought I tested T.T 3 on a friends computer and same problem, if somehow my IP was banned then my friends would have worked...

whats more TD will not recognize the keyword in H1, title, description and show it as green - not included...

god bless you all, that I'm not alone. I wanted buy a vps for traffic travis because i think my german connection is bad.

Hope that they fixed them soon. I had write a email, but no response. I think many of you write emails and the overloaded.

They must be aware of this since they are not answering, perhaps they are working on fixing this...

I thought I was sandboxed too, but then I realized all my sites were not showing, including squidoo pages.

So I checked here:

I just sent an email to support about it a few minutes ago, and I have even upgraded to V4. I will let everyone know what and when they respond.

I upgraded the day V4 came out, support was awesome until the second I paid!!

Wonder why that is?
