Traffic Travis FAILING for 5 Days, anyone else?

I have the most recent version of Traffic Travis I got it here on BHW, and it has worked perfectly for a long time. It is the full pro version 4.something. I don't have access to TT support bcs its not a bought copy, but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue:

It has issues loading the google KWT, and every time it actually manages to load it correctly I get this message:

I have tried several IPs and several adwords accounts and its not that.

anyone have the bought version, and if so is this happening to you too?

I will be happy to purchase it, but not if its messed up too.

Works fine for me and I didn't purchase it, just tried it today. The only annoying part is I'm not sure how to update it when you want. You can set it to update daily at the most but can you update it when you want?

OP Mine is giving me a pain in the ass too.

If you want to get it to update go to keywords->add more and either add a new keyword or change the number of results to check and it will start up again.

Working fine here with no problems, I was also wondering how I could update it other than the Daily/Weekly/Monthly schedule. Thanks for the tip Getwhatchuwant.

WTH?. Thanks OP for bringing this to my attention. I have a paid Pro version. Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch, but just contacted support anyways.

Market Samurai also doesn't work for one day (while 2 updates).. seems like there are any changes from google.. maybe it works again with the next update.. my version got busted from kaspersky.. any dll seems to be infected..

Just tried the adding a different KW and changing number of results tip.. it keeps failing to load GKT. Thanks for the tip, at this point I am trying all ideas..

Just to be clear...

it is updating rank etc, but the problem is with fetching results (keyword research module)

Will be monitoring this..

Yes it is a huge pain in the ass. I have tried every other KW tool and TT is the most efficient for my purposes, so it has me stuck in the mud until I get a solution.

There must be many people submitting support tickets about this, its a huge problem. Let's hope there is a fix soon. I keep downloading the latest version crossing my fingers but so far no fix.

Ugh.. I hate using Market samurai but I have no choice, it will have to do for now.

it was messed up for a few days too but now MS seems to work (I have the paid version) actually it is a little faster fetching results than it used to be, but still very inefficient in finding competition for several KWs at once.

...waiting......

I should not be this happy about anything, ever. But this tool makes me $ plain and simple, so I am off to scrape the hell out of google.

TIP- if you do lots of scraping, especially competition analysis on many KWs, have a bunch of free adwords accounts ready because even with proxies, your acct will be temporarily blocked if you scrape like I do.

I have about six accounts I rotate and I am running HMA pro VPN and it is still really fast.

so happy.. finally I can get back to work.

Hi guys,

I'm having some troubles with Traffic Travis - when I try and fetch keywords, it says "sorry we were unable to find any keywords". Anyone else haven't this issue?
