Traffic Travis and Market Samurai Problems

Started up Traffic Travis and all of a sudden it's telling me to enter my registration key. I did. It didn't work; unable to verify.

Decided to then get on Market Samurai, but a pop-up stated it's having troubles connecting to their servers and to google's adwords servers. MS won't even show the list of changes in the updates. I can check SEO comp and use the other modules, but keyword research has been a no-go.

I'm surprised TT is giving me problems now. MS has farted a few times in the past like this, but it cleared up shortly after. Hope this is the case now.

It's problems like these that make me quite reluctant to purchase keyword research software.

So...Anyone else having to deal with these lovely problems?

Yep. My TT has stopped working and is doing the same thing. it wants a reg code.

The Traffic Travis is working just fine at my end, no problems or anything altho I do not have the latest version so that could be a problem?

it was a bug with their registration server it's all sorted now.

The bug with the registration server is messing with us intermittently for the last 10-15 days. Since I actually payed for their software, I really hope they get their sh*it together asap.
As for MS, I gave up after their search engine change.

Well I fixed TT, all I had to do was download the updated version.

Now my problem is that I cannot access adwords through TT or MS and can't do keyword research.

EDIT: ...hmmm...TT says that it my adwords info is only partial setup or is invalid. It's certainly not invalid, but I haven't added billing information to the adwords account I'm using with TT. I'll try with an account that does and report back.

Wow. I cannot connect to adwords using anything except straight up logging into adwords through a browser.

MS, TT, and even IBP is a no go. Maybe this is an antivirus/firewall issue. I've tried turning off antivirus and changing firewall settings, but nothing's working.

If anyone else is having issues using 3rd party tools to connect to adwords, please let me know.
