Traffic Travis Analysis Help

Can someone help me analyze this TT report please? The first 4 are how-to sites/authority sites? How easy would it be to rank in the top 5. The number 5 spot is an EMD (.net) with some content, but the EMD for .org is available.

It should be an absolute walk in the park to take spot #5.

5,6 and 10 look pretty week to me also. Without knowing how many EMD are in the top 10 it is a bit harder to say but not many aged domains and BL listed look pretty low. I love travis but it's factoring could be much better than it is with the stars. Maybe it is Google changing their algorithm that throws it or maybe it was not so good from the beginning but this should not be hard to rank from what I see.

I try to look for glaring wholes I can capitalize on.
1. I only look at the top 10
2. I want to see low backlinks to the page + Domain
3. I want to see some new blood ( none aged domains )
4. I also check Title competition with allintitle in Big G

Also I look for Youtube vids I can outrank with onsite and backlinks.

Thanks man. Only spot 5 has the EMD in the top 10. Search term gets over 10k/month. How easy should this be to rank for at number 1? CPC ranges from $2-3.
