Hi guys just started a movie site 2 weeks ago. i was getting around 500 visitors a day with a tumblr reblogs now im only getting 150-300 visitors from facebook. I've tried parasites but they didnt rank. I see CPA movie sites getting 4k visitors a day from spamming parasites like twitter, thriveglobal, nac.ge, etc but when I post similar stuff on the parasites I don't get to the top of google. SEO and bringing traffic must be like an Art.


It's probably the biggest question here but how can I get more traffic. I'm running out of ideas. I'm like position 30-50 on some videos on google.

Well any site/parasite/whatever that published AFTER the May Google Update isn't ranking the same as stuff published/indexed before the update. Who knows what's going on.
 
Quality backlinks, exact anchor text, quality content can help you. Ensure QUALITY in all aspects.
 
Build some niche related premium guest post backlinks from the sites which have good traffic.
 
You have started it 2 weeks ago. Within this time you have got a decent amount of visitors and pretty good ranking in Google for some of your videos.
Don't expect anything tragedically to change as soon as you do something. Google takes some time to recognize the relevant sites. As above said build niche relevant backlinks. try to get visitors from social media sites. Build niche relevant backlinks. You will be climbing up soon.
 
Optimize your site through search engines and social media to increase the traffic with targeting audience!

I am also thinking of social networks, don't forget that people are no longer in confinement and that sunny days are coming. This has a direct impact on a video site.
 
Make your backlink strong... use quality content and perfect keyword.... this will be enough to make you to more traffic
 
Focus on building more Quality backlinks from relevant niche high DA sites
 
Social Media promotion will get you traffic but for long term and natural traffic, you need to rank in search engines :)
Hang out in the White Hat SEO section for that :)
