Any recommendation where I can buy traffic to boost my ranking a little? Thanks

Why buying?You can do by yourself if you do have time then.
If you dont have then buy.
Do reddit,Yahoo Answers,Quora etc.
 
I really don't know how I can send traffic my self that's why I'm looking to outsource

Well, organic traffic is the best in my opinion. Guest posting on High authority sites will be shared in social networks and gives you natural traffic by real visitors from the sites.
