So basically all I want to do is drive traffic to my affiliate link so I can get conversions. I've heard bad things (usually) about buying traffic so does anyone have any suggestions? Would it be better to buy traffic, or maybe post m affiliate link on adsense or something? If I send 1000 views to my link then I should get at least $100 (hopefully) so I am interested in pursuing this idea.

Thanks in advance.

what is your niche? You can upload videos to YouTube watermarked with your affiliate link
and made some fake views(I can help you for that)and ratings. And then more and more real visitors will watch your video and therefore you will drive more traffic to your affiliate link.

Regardless of the traffic method, there are a lot of them around here. Make sure you use some sort of redirect you control in one place. I like Ninja Affiliate plugin which you can find around here, that way when programs come and go as they do all you need to do is to change one link and you keep reaping the benefits for your work and the traffic you generate without trying to find a thousand articles to all change your links in.

So adsense is not a good idea then?

Adsense is good to monetize the traffic that you already have. I think you mean Adwords? Adwords can be costly, if not done properly, based on your Quality Score.

I'm hoping someone can help. Here's what I need.

I'm doing a sponsored blog post for a brand. Thus, I'll need traffic to go to the specific post. Within the blog post is a click tracker link via ad.doubleclick.net. My question is can you send traffic to first the blog post then to the tracker link within the blog post?

Any help would be appreciated.
