can tier 3 traffic be changed into tier 1 by using a vpn or proxy? if you convince a tier 3 person to download and run the vpn?

Useless... Traffic from Vpn and proxies is counted like low quality traffic... so it will convert like tier 3/4

Do not listen to the person above. I have tier 1 proxies that don't scorch like vpn. They are of excellent quality. Look for these.

so all i have to do is convince them to do is install a vpn and complete the other offers to count as tier 1?
