Would it be possible to create a traffic bot that generates traffic which will stick? like stay unlimited on your page while it is on?

if you keep your browser open all the time then yes, but why do you need such a thing?

You do realize you will need browser sessions to remain open, you'll need a hell of PC/VPS to do that.
