Traffic sources ?

Hm okay guys I use to have a blog and still do on wordpress and I get about 50 -100 views a day and I have about 62 posts but I started messing around and now its all over the place. Anyway I moved on to clickbank to give it a try but Im having a hard time driving traffic to the blog of the product im promoting.

What are some tips I can get from you also do you make multiple pages/posts to promote or just one static page ?
