Traffic Sources That Allow Affiliates

I'm new to media buying but wanted to test it out. I know PPV allows you to re-direct to a product page (like clickbank products). Are there any PPC programs that do? I know adwords doesn't and is strict on this but I'm just trying to get an idea of different traffic sources that do. Even if I need to buy a similar domain and forward it to the products landing page, so it's not an ugly affiliate link. Any ideas?
