Traffic SEO ranking method

So i have done a little experiment of ranking a website with power of traffic . i promoted the website with yt vid and after 2 month it suddenly appeared on a page 1 for my keyword and is there for a week already , no links are pointing to the page (DA 8 , PA 7).
What İ wonder , what plays the major role in this method ? Does the referrer site being high authority (youtube) played biggest role , or people staying on the page for avg 2-3 minutes each or there is some other factor ? Can İ replicate it using some traffic bots , or will google recognize that it is a bot traffic and won't give me a ranking boost ?
What thread/ info should i dig to learn about this subject more ? Thx

Probably pretty easy keyword, but it's true you can rank with traffic. However, somehow it doesn't work with bot traffic(quality one) even if they stay on site for 2-3min and then click some onsite link.
I've a buddy that heavily boost his keywords, redirecting some traffic from his facebook and pinterest groups

Regarding bot traffic , are u sure , so no services to do it ?
And if i send legit traffic from social media for ex , do they really need to stay on page for 2-3 minutes or it is not so inportant factor ? Thx very much

I tried like 4 different sources, was paying up to 1$/1000visits and didn't see any significant boost. But as I said, a buddy of mine uses it and it gives some boost for sure. Nothing major though. Don't count you will rank some xxxx KWords with it
 
What s the search volume for these words ,?
 
Bro u said no backlinks but u got a link from youtube=) If it is a really easy keyword that would be enough to rank.

Only a link from yt without traffic won't rank that . it is above 20 MOZ difficulty
 
That might be the reason. If you got a backlink from a domain that is ranking top 10-20-50 for a keyword it is possible google will rank you much higher because it is the same keyword. Plus google can track traffic from youtube so it is very possible that google gives that backlink more value.

Ahh İ thought u asked yt position for that keyword , not google position , the vid is ranked on yt in top 10 not on google

Check that video for google top 50. Also the last thing that comes to my mind maybe some sites about your niche embed the video and give a backlink back to your site??
