But from porn site, I think its not safe for AdSense...

Probably not, AdSense will ban accounts when they don't like the traffic source.
It is difficult to answer the question without knowing the source, it is possible to hide where traffic originates.

TBH, it isn't worth screwing around trying to beat them, 9/10 you will get banned unless you know what you are doing, and then technically it could be construed as fraud.
