Traffic Running Low

Hi, during the first two weeks of my site, it has traffic ranging from 1k everyday and increasing to 2500-3000 when there is a new episode. It has already been the 3rd week and I am now only getting 200 visitors per day.

My site ranks 3rd on google with a competition of 40,200,000

I also rank in some other keywords

Please help me

I just found out that the site is not indexed in google anymore. I think I had a slap from google because of my youtube promotion and yahoo answer promotion. I think the site is on the sand box. How can I get it back on my keywords and indexed on google?

Not indexed at all or sandboxed a few pages back?

Sandboxed = wait to come out. Forget about it, work on something else.

Search g for site:yourdomain.com. If it shows up, indexed.

It is there, but I need to input search like this site: http: // mysite.com (I still can't post link so I hae to put space to bea bale to post this)
