Traffic Reselling?

Hello, I currently am selling social media services through SMM panels and I want to incorporate Web Traffic reselling as well. I have been unable to find any panels that would offer such services that would cater to all kinds of Web Traffic so if anyone knows where to go or what to do then please share. I'm thinking of earning points on traffic exchange sites. Then your earned points can be used as traffic for your client's website. You can also track the number of traffic to your client's website for free. Will this work?
