Traffic Quality doubt

Where I can get quality traffic for dating offers? cause I have send social traffic from almost all social media’s & always my IM says’ bad quality traffic.

Bad quality can mean a lot of different things.. it could mean the geos are bad, then you need to use social to target different locations. Or it could mean the geos are good but the conversion rate on the backend from free signup to paid member is bad.
