Traffic Problem

Hey,I've made a new Channel on Youtube and I tried many Techniques to drive organic Real Traffic to my Videos and Still No Views!!! I tried to copy/paste the tags of Best Videos in the Same Niche !! it didn't work ,I tried to edit The Decription/Title and Submit Video Url to Mass Pinger for Indexing the URL and Still No Results? So can you help me in this? I need at least 50 view for Each Video
