I am getting around 30-60 unique users a day on my site 60% bounce rate so really only 12-27 a day stay.

That is 672 impressions and 1 click from 01/03 to 09/03 which works out 0.15%
Any ideas what I can do to improve the ctr?
I am running a blog on illegal activities. I have the adverts on the side under the category headers, a bar over the content when you click read more, another bar at the end of the post and lastly if there are comments it shows one last ad there.
