Traffic monetizing

Is it possible to sale traffic generated by PRStorm?

PRStorm doesn't help with traffic but it generates backlinks(only get traffic from the boosted SERPS), it ping websites that publicly publish the referrer logs and posts them, but usually these aren't linked to but they are indexed. You could sell anythign you like, but is it a quality service? No.
