Traffic monetizer (offers)

Hello fellows, I'm doing YT+CPA method and I'm averaging with 450-600 visitors daily to my content locker, but I don't have any idea how to find best offers to convert. Currently I have filtered 62 offers, but I'm getting daily leads only from 5 offers. I'm looking for freelancer who has experience with offers monetization and can prove it. People are highly motivated to complete an offer, but they don't have any offers for their countries. I've been able to make up to $1.5k monthly from that traffic but after few offers gone I'm down to 500$-700$/mo. Wage will depend by monetization quality. I'll provide more information only for highly interested people.
