Traffic Mania Article Bot URL extraction

HI, I really need help. I've been trying to find out a way for me to get all the urls of the articles I submit with traffic bot. The reason I want to do this is so then i can ping the article and get it seen by the search engines faster.

Does anyone know a way i can extract all the urls of my submitted articles?

What I do is leave one strange sentence unspun - so it is the same in every article. I make it at least 8 words, and a phrase unlikely to be repeated anywhere else (or at least very little)

I wait - some articles can take days or weeks to be published.

I fire up scrapebox and then scrape that specific phrase.

It gives you the URL,s the PR of them (if you want) and even the PR of the main site for the URL.

Then with a handful of proxies you can ping-a-ling till your hearts content.

(You "could" try this with a google search - but it would be a real ball ache)
