Sounds like the sandbox, are you found at all in the index? Or just not ranking?
I can confirm that linkbuilding has brought most of my sites from page 1 to pages 70 and above. Some not even appearing in the top 1000 for keywords where links are built. Take note, only keywords I built links for have dropped in rankings.
I tried various methods including placing buffers but still they keep going down only when links are built.

My 2 sites are also sandboxed nearly 2 months. There were on #1 on page 1. I suspect someone report for manuel review. So, I have done too many thinks but couldn't get out them from the sandbox.
I did article blast, scrapebox blast, profile link submisson, homepage recreate, but no help.
Someone recommend me to buy pr7 backlink to remedy this problem. What do you think ?

Thx, for the comments. I'm still de-indexed but receiving hits from yahoo mostly. I guess now I'm wondering if this will affect my other sites. This site had the most traffic and generating the most revenue. So I lost about have of my blog income
However, I still working on the other sites. I just hope nothing happens to them. That would be frackin crazy.

I wouldn't hold my hopes too high.
If you can just scratch these sites off and start over . I had 6 autoblogs moved down the serps and i know exactly why.
I blasted them with scrapebox nd created huge number of backlinks with bookmarking demon
Most likely the people who you asked to do "manual submission" did run those tools and left a footprint of one sort or other so big G figured out you are using automated tools and bam....
Boy it makes me mad. I saw one of my semi-automatic sites grow exponentially,no shit and then on march 11 it went flat then down to nothing. sad!

your site is new, if it's not any were it must be in the sandbox, sandbox is google filter, simply created for the new sites, because there is priority rule, Google sandbox and check if your site is in there, because it should be, you said you cant find it any were.
My advice to you is to keep building links, your site may stay up to 6 months in the sandbox. i know it's sad, but those are the rules, it happened to me and many others.
Try to get traffic from social networks, like Facebook. I use to make 200 euro a day sharing my link on Facebook page.
