Have you guys noticed any increase in website traffic after January 2020. In my case I have seen 50% gain in traffic from January.

Apart from that, I have posted two new articles after 4 month with medium keyword competition approx 700 to 1500 searches/month I got the first page rank and quick indexing(within 30 minutes to 1 hour) by google.
, MOZ ranking 31.

Nope. My traffic is still only directly from business cards I hand out. Really failing the SEO game, which is why I joined here. At least I can only go up from here, right?

I thought it due to the fact people are staying at home may be using alot of Internet.
I wish you best of luck, and you must not give up. The best thing you should do is to make your website as a brand

That’s nice if you’re seeing this then I would suggest you to scale upwards
How is your experience after January 2020?

My website is for my side business, it was used to give a quick showcase of my offerings so I wouldn’t have to explain it over and over. I’ve since started to release blogs related to my niche and created an online product so I can reach outside of my local area. Given I don’t know too many people outside of my local area to promote my site, it pushed me to get a handle on SEO.
I’ll get there eventually, but if this takes off I could quit my day job and transfer full time into my own business. Which would be more fulfilling.

This shows that Google values your site. Keep adding content regularly to get more organic visit.

What type of site are you running? Amazon affiliate or adsense based?

I am running fashion trend related website. The website have very less RD 214 but it is listed in Crunch base, Indeed, glasdoor and many other job portals, along with some coverage from 3 big new agencies and I have built the partnership with few global trade event related companies.
Also I have focused on some offline SEO like organizing local workshops.

Currently I am not using any ad network just earning from the services we are selling and from guest post adv.

I think it really depends on the niche.
It is fashion niche- more like fashion trend magazines like vogue, elle, cosmopolitan type but more detailed study on trends. I have left writing as I was starting a new eCommerce company project. So thought to re-check if I am getting decent traffic or not. My surprise comparison I have gained 50% traffic since after January.
