Traffic from Youtube & File sharing

OK, so I finally decided to get my rear in gear and start trying to make money, instead of just staring at the computer and downloading gigabytes of crap ebooks.

I have read some info here and in the ebooks dealing with getting traffic from Video sharing sites and from P2P downloads (file sharing/torrents), and I need some input.

Basically, I would be using this to get traffic for my adult site. I plan on inserting the website URL in the video, and then sharing the video on sites like YouTube, and others, as well as sharing it thru the P2P networks.
I would start by having about 5 videos uploaded to the video sites, and about 20 being shared in the file sharing networks.

My question is, using these methods, what amount of traffic can I expect to get per day? I am sure some people here have experience with this method, so I would like to know if this could work, or would just be a complete waste of time.

I usually get 1000 hits per day per 100 vids I upload to youtube. But your video should be like a teaser to urge them to visit your site.

Is it ok with adsense TOS to get traffic from P2P ???

It strongly depends on amount of videos uploaded. Other small factors also influence.

Do you 'recycle' your vids (of couse, by changing something in your description/title) or those vids are fresh all the time?

That is a lot of effort for a daily work
