I have registered analytics few weeks ago. I noticed yesterday the website getting direct traffic around 300+ from unknown source and the bounce rate is 98.33%. Is this affecting my SERP? How to block those traffics? Thanks

Just go to your analytics account then go to 'Create new filter/ Custom/ Exclude/ Campaign Source/ thesitenam.com'.
