Traffic from facebook pages

I'm a complete newb, however I'm wondering if anyone is willing to share their experiences of traffic to their website from facebook like pages? Has it been successful? And if so would you recommend adsense, affiliates or other sources?

As I'm new I'm also wondering what you would recommend as the host for my first "niche" e.g. a blog, a simple website, wordpress etc

Facebook pages are a legit traffic strategy yes.

If you're new I'd recommend WordPress. Easiest to set up with good quality

Facebook traffic is awesome, especially if targeted. Go with wordpress, I use it for everything and I'm still happy with it.

targeted facebook traffic is great however make sure your page(s) don't get deleted from facebook

Yes facebook pages are a big source of traffic i am using it for my website and its working well

Hello,
build a big FB page, make many likes by FB ads and after that try to post with picture, tittle and description. Put your link after the tittle. Then you will get many clicks by legal way.
