I have a blog that is well optimized for adsense and in a niche that I can update 10 - 20 times daily. I was trying to use black hat twitter methods to get traffic started getting harder and harder. Now I want to go into facebook ads(not another blackhat method).
The plan is to use facebook ads to grow a page to 5000 - 10000 fans, then start sending traffic to my blog through a mixture of links and videos. Can I get 1000 daily uv with 10000 fanpage(really targeted)?

It will be hard, but it's not impossible. If your content is interesting enough, audience targeted, then yes.

Sharing couple of posts per day to relevant groups will also help. But don't overdo it :)

I don't want to use that group posting method, ill rather go for post engagement ads when even revenue starts coming in.

It's your choice, but sharing 2-3 posts per day to good, active groups can help a lot.

No, Facebook is limiting traffic to outgoing links. With 10k followers your reach will be like 1000 out of which you'll be lucky if 100 people click through.

with 1000 reach, how many click would I be expected to get?

facebook is very wierd thid days, some people vith fb pages (10 000)(15 000) folowers got 100 post reach on post,so i just can say fb is very very wierd this days vith post reach and everything else and u need to think a twice about any investments in fb,try to open fb group and ad some members,or other free things and u will se intrest

Well, what I figured about Facebook is that they show post to you from pages you follow that you have engaged with. If you go to a Facebook page and like it, then start liking there posts, then check your newsfeed regularly, you would start seeing posts from the page. But if you like the page and dont engage with any of those posts, you won't see there posts in your newsfeed. I, personally, if I want to see posts from a particular page, I start engaging with the page initially.
So what I plan to do is after growing the page to 10,000 or so, I would invest in post engagement ads. And target those people that have liked my page, not friends of people or people interested in my niche that haven't liked the page, just the fans of the page. The ideal is to try to get them to engage with my posts, so they can see the posts that are not promoted. By that I think I can increase my reach.

5 to 10% rarely above that

This strategy is no longer profitable on Facebook, unless you really have something people will viralize on systematic basis.

Sharing my Twitter method:

Share both links (10) and photos (5) daily. (You will get traffic, engagement and followers from this)
Retweet your posts throughtout the day and next. (You will get traffic, engagement and followers from this too)
Also, retweet from industry influencers. (You will get decent engagement from this)
Auto follow/unfollow targetted users. Do not unfollow followers. (You will get followers from this)

Yea, you can test it on your facebook profile now. Just like a few posts of any page you are following. Then check you newfeed regularly.

Facebook is somehow this days but it still a nice idea, like channelling you fb traffics to your blog, it will help your blog grow...

it's depend on everything cause if you will use alot of money you will get what you want with the targeted likes, but first you need to create ads on facebook to start growing your likes.
