U can do pay per click traffic. Advertise on Facebook for example. Though I advise u to look closer into this.

You can create a twitter account using a girl name and try to increase the follower and keep posting images of that particular girl now when any person send you message you just divert the traffic to your place simple

Depends what your website is about... Think who will enjoy it the most and focus on that group - usually it has forums, facebook groups, instagram tags, etc. that you can advertise to.
