I was wondering what is the benefit of having traffic exchange on sites such like likesfever ?

For FB Page Likes and YT views:

In my experience, they affect their respective search rankings. You can use sites like YouLikeHits to get an initial boost and get the traffic going.

As for Twitter followers, I really don't see any benefit because most of the accounts are garbage. I'll leave that to someone more knowledgeable than me.
