Traffic Exchange website with youtube?

I was wondering If it is worthwhile spending credits on a traffic exchange website for YouTube. Ofc I would get banned from youtube If I link directly to the video(s) with ads, but If I created a splash page advertising the video.. would this be a good option? im not sure. Anyone have any experience with traffic exchange websites and YouTube? I have a ton of banked up credits from traffic exchange programs with a huge downline, and thought I could put those hits to some sort of money.
