Traffic exchange still a thing?

I use to make like $50 a month with traffic exchange using a couple of websites. But I lost track of that part of the internet.
Are there any new websites doing this? Is this still a thing you can make some cash on the side with a bot?

but manual can work

best site to manual traffic excharge i know is easyhits4you
 
Back in the days I use auto traffic exchange for adfly and I get away with it. This is not the caze this days?

What about bounce rate issue? Many people say traffic exchange site increase it very much, what is your opinion on this?
 
You better learn what is traffic arbitrage, man. It's much more profitable than $50 per month. Try ClickBank for physical products, they are easy to sell, EPC is up to $5 on some products in my case

What if i want to use manual traffic exchange like easyhit4 to increase impression and lower adsense CTR?? Hope its safe for my account. I got couple of organic traffic too.
