Traffic Exchange Problem

Is there any direct traffic exchange website ? Since most of the traffic exchange site increase bounce rate.. to 100%

I tried with Easyhits and everything.. i wanted bounce rate to be less than 50-60..

Nah if done right it increases CPC. Something I do is use stuff like Hitleap and direct the traffic to a link that makes Google think it's good traffic. Like if a website has redirect link back to your page, give them that and it'll seem like all those hits are people clicking your link on that website.

Two years ago or a year when I was buying traffic, I saw that the rankings started slightly, but it still didn't have much effect without adding content. Today I gave up the topic completely.
