Are there a tool in which you can see the traffic of a website (Monthly and Yearly)

Almost everything out there is unreliable. The only way to accurately track is to ask the webmaster himself or if they have a public visits counter of some sort.

Different counters show slightly different readings to the webmaster))

To analyze other people's sites, I use pr-cy.ru
I checked on my sites – on average, it shows the traffic correctly.
