I Agree with briptech - first build real traffic then add bot traffic. Bots you buy out there for cheap are just sending mass traffic to your site. Depends on where you want to rank, it will not count or can get you flagged since it's very easy to spot traffic from datacenters. You CAN use residential ips to avoid this but that's costly.

you can save that cash for a proper fb / reddit/quora, method and get real number up.

Very easy - just add your site, set numbers of page views and duration of each visits and add keywords - profit)
