In past I have created few blogs on blogspot. But many of them I left b/c of lack of time and interest. But today I got amazed when I see one of my blogspot is getting a good traffic from google search. Now I want to redirect my blogspot blog traffic to my another blogspot blog(custom domain with adsense ads). But now I'm bit confuse will auto redirect (<meta content='0;url=domaine" http-equiv='refresh'/>) is against AdSense policies.

its their ground no matter how anonymously you plan they will know. that is why blogspot are called hosted content sites.
try below things.
see which posts are getting most of the traffic add internal links or simply add source at the end of article and redirect to your other domains.

I have a website includ ads adsens banned site from facebook ,I want to redirect from another site by meta refrech, it's safe for adsense?
 
hmm , like that how about those?
Need to bring down the contents perhaps due to copyright or want to remove , old post put new one

so redirect the links .
 
try 301 permanent redirection with link masking
 
Nope that is not safe according to adsense.
use on dns level
