I got a mail from an exchange regarding a trading contest. Winners are decided based on the total value traded in some time period. Do big exchanges also do this fairly ?

Binance does that in almost every competetion.

Binance does do it a lot, and a few others as well. I'm on the fence how I feel about these contests. IMHO, it makes crypto look like games. Do the stock market exchanges or trading houses play these ridiculous games? On the other hand, crypto is it's own beast, and doing things it's own way. I like that.
