Let's say I build a twitter bot. Am I allowed to use 'Twitter' in the name of the bot? How about in a domain name?

Just take a look around at signatures here with the mark "Twitter" selling bots... If a DMCA/C&D were to be issued, they would be gone

As regards towards purchasing a domain name, do not do it. If you do, try not to spend alot of money on the project because inevitably it will be SHUTDOWN.

I have seen bots and sigs around here, and so I wasn't really sure.

I assume it's still against the Trademark laws and all that though.
